@shining star read the post first was denied boarding before 3 months after I got redress number and FDL letter I booked tickets and flyed with boarding approved

did u attend interview at us embassy?

@nick d everybody has to do that no option without interview even if you have DHS letter you cannot fly coz main approval letter you will only get from us consulate to fly

sorry @Sandip Shinde din read the post properly but bro did u do it by ur self or u had lawyer help you with filling for redress number n appointment with us consulate in ur home country

@ you cannot do it by yourself I tried but nothing happened had hired a lawyer for everything for DHS letter and us consulate appointment dates and he only booked my tickets with boarding approval letter…

@poky loky DHS letter almost 1.5 months and then it depends how fast you get appointment for us consulate because for this appointment you cannot pay more money like for early dates how people pay for b1/b2

Hi Sandip, I need your help please. I was denied boarding twice. I already got my DHS TRIP Redress Number. I have an I-131A appointment at the U.S. Consulate on the 30th and paid the $560 fee. Do I need to attend an interview to get the FDLletter? What documents did you provide at the interview? Should I tell them my EAD/Advance Parole card was lost, or just explain that I was denied boarding twice? I only need the FDL letter so I can travel. Please share your experience. Thank you!

dhs trip will send any letter because am already filled complaint on dhs trip. com and my case status shows in progress and then what about next steps
