you can’t request ADIT stamp if GC is not approved yet

@America first ok that’s not the same as adit stamp. you probably got approved through the judge and they wanted your new I-94 that shows you were granted asylum

If you have asylum but your I-485 has not yet been approved, you are not eligible for an ADIT stamp simply because your adjustment application is pending. ADIT stamps are generally issued only after someone has already become a lawful permanent resident.

While your I-485 is still pending: You cannot get an ADIT (I-551) stamp because you are not yet a lawful permanent resident. Continue using your current asylum-based documents, such as your EAD and Refugee Travel Document (if issued)
