Don’t travel just back to states
please guys don’t travel even if you have valid advanced parole it’s very difficult and very hard to get back but had faith in god and made myself back today at South Carolina @ Charleston International Airport Ahmedabad to Doha and Doha to JFK and then domestic flight from JFk to Charleston… if people outside states please follow the guidelines of DHS to travel back to USA specially for Indians….
Greencard Approved
It has been a very long journey, a few errors on my case that caused delays, and even 2 denials. Neither denial was done by my lawyer, my case or on my part, they were USCIS errors. Thankfully between my diligence, and an awesome legal team, it was a successful outcome. I now have a 10 year greencard. Stay diligent, stay on top of your cases, keep your documents organized, keep whatever positive, and honest support system that you can around you. Your time will also come, I know that it is hard and overwhelming, but stay focused. Thank you!

may 2022
My VAWA case was filed in May 2022, so I’m approaching 50 months, and I still haven’t received any meaningful update. What’s even more frustrating is that every time I feel like I’m getting closer, the posted processing time seems to increase by another month.
I’m honestly exhausted from waiting. Has anyone in a similar situation found anything that actually helped move their case forward?
At this point, is there anything I can do besides waiting? Would contacting my congressman, submitting a service request, or filing a mandamus lawsuit make sense, or is it too early? I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has been through this.

Senator Inquiry Response
I did senator inquire on my case I 130 F2A . Is it helpful or just copy paste response
“ Thank you you for contacting me regarding your husband's immigration status. I have received
your privacy release and request for an update on the status of your immigration petition.
USCIS has advised me that your petition is pending consideration by its California Service
Center and is within the standard processing time for applications of its type (Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative | Permanent resident filing for a spouse). According to USCIS, the current timeframe for processing these cases at the California Service Center for up to 43 months. Your case was received on March 2, 2023 and therefore, is within standard processing timeframes.”
At last in Newyork with valid VAWA and advance parole
it feels really good to be back after all rules were changed from January for EAD advanced parole with no proper news it was automatically banned to fly I tried 2 times boarding but was not able to board the flight and was said by airlines that you have a red flag cannot board the flight and not even got th refund fucking airlines even if their fault they didn’t refund my money but at last sorted everything g after 5 months finally landed in newyork flight was AA239 from Delhi to JFK landed today by 6:10 am just got out with secondary inspection was landed at Terminal 8 an new terminal so it was not croweded secondary inspection took 30 min just asked basic question and they let me go please guys do not book tickets if you don’t have redress number and FDL letter when booking you tickets there is an option of redress number you need to put that so it will automatically will be verified by airlines and your boarding will be cleared…I am feeling very happy
for my employee of US CBP and born in United States they're still a wait for processing my I 130 It should have been processed in 18 months now it's more than 2 1/2 years. File a lawsuit for USCIS
