Hello everyone. My Employment Authorization Document (EAD) under category (c)(31), based on an approved VAWA petition, was recently lost along with my wallet. I am preparing to file Form I-765

I am preparing to file Form I-765 to request a replacement. Does anyone know if a replacement EAD under category (c)(31) requires a filing fee, or if it is exempt? Thank you for any guidance.

@alro dec2021 no fees for replacement or renewal. I applied August 2025 for both replacement and renewal and still haven't heard anything from them.
