Just Came Back Through Atlanta Airport with Pending VAWA and Valid Advance Parole
Took a flight from Mumbai to Dubai and Dubai to Atlanta 1st time boarding denied in April 22nd 2026 today cleared everything secondary inspection was good have to wait for almost 5 hours as there was long queue and there were only 3 CBP officer many people from different countries were deported mainly from Africa because of criminal case for Indians it’s easy if you were already red flagged in India and lawyer cleared you red flag thru CBP and Got you the clearance letter it was a long journey…

@poky loky either you need to apply for redress number applying by yourself nowadays takes almost 4 to 5 months applying with lawyer help will get it in 2 months

@j j yes first you need to take appointment his fees is 350$ for 1 hour and you feel then you can hand over the case

@Jams P yes it’s not about trying if you have readdress number you can fly but u should have lawyer at the airport…if CBP makes any issues at the secondary inspection

@Jams P FDL letter you have that’s itself clear to board the flight they have been checked you profile all criminal cases and everything then only you get FDL letter with redress number

I don’t have FDL letter I have DHS trip redress number 7 digit it’s same or should I need apply different?

@Jams P did you go US consulate for interview after DHS trip redress number you have to go to consulate for volunteer interview from to verify your documents your Face ID your finger prints when everything is clear you can get a FDL letter from there that can only done by lawyer…if you do by yourself it will take months to process

@ckb arun no you need to go to us consulate show the redress letter from DHS and then they will physically review your Ead fingerprints or Face ID and the ask about your case and after reviewing everything they will give you a letter from consulate for travelling
