I’m currently outside of the US, my green card will expire in 2 weeks and I have applied for the I-751 to have my condition removed. I do not have my physical receipt notice, I only have access to the online PDF version. CBP states you may re-enter the US with the expired green card and Receipt notice, would I be denied boarding if I printed this receipt notice out and presented at the airport?

Had my marriage-based green card interview yesterday. ( June 4 ) The officer separated my spouse and me immediately and was pretty tough throughout the interview.( from a banned country and ik the banned is lifted now ) At the end, he said he believes our marriage is legitimate, but that he plans to send an RFE (Request for Evidence) within about 2 weeks before making a final decision.
We answered all questions consistently and provided a lot of evidence, but he seemed concerned about the low activity in our joint bank account.
How common is it to get an RFE after the interview instead of an approval?
For those who received a post-interview RFE, what evidence did USCIS ask for?
I’m trying not to panic while waiting for the letter and would appreciate hearing others’ experiences.😭
Federal Judge Strikes Down Trump Administration’s 39 Country Travel Ban..
The judge has ordered USCIS to resume the processing of immigration applications filed by people from the 39 countries who were affected by Trump’s travel ban, as well as asylum applications.
Judge McConnell also invalidated a USCIS policy that required immigrants from countries on the Trump administration’s travel ban list—who had already been approved for immigration benefits after entering the United States after 2021—to undergo a second review of their cases. The judge rejected the government’s argument that these additional screenings and country-based evaluations were necessary for national security, finding that the policy lacked sufficient legal justification….
EB1-B I485 Approved
Finally approved. I had to submit a case inquiry a month ago, and also my local Congressman's office started an inquiry just yesterday night. And today morning the case was approved.
After becoming current, I was waiting for 6 months. The case status showed that my case was pending, as a visa number was unavailable. This is why we decided to submit a case inquiry. And that might have helped.

I'm trying to see whether the recent restrictions are having any impact on EB-2 NIW I-140 adjudications.

Breaking News:
A Federal judge has struck down the adjudicative pause or hold on the 39 countries nation wide. The court found that USCIS cannot indefinitely stop processing immigration benefits by law and ordered the challenged policies to be vacated.
This is good news for the 39 countries. USCIS is expected to comply with this ruling effective immediately!
Case transfer
Case is crp already completed interview back in 2024 at field office. case transferred to nbc. case become current from march 1st 2026. Case reviewed 2 times at nbc. case is current and visa is also available. then case transferred to field office. Now case is back to nbc. Has anyone has similar case. i don’t why my case transferred back to nbc as they said nbc is not aproving any cases.

Dear all,
I am under F2A and I will attend an interview for my I-485 at the begining of July. When I filed I-485, I submitted all documents and they donot require me to upload new evidences. So my question is I need to upload new documents or documents that I need to bring to the interview.

Case stuck at NBC ? How to get it moving ?
Been current for 4 months now. Case stuck at NBC with status message, “ Case was updated to fingerprints were taken”. Any recommendations on getting case moved out of this blackbox aka NBC ?
