same here 2 days ago Emma live agent told me nbc transferred the case San Antonio filed office and today I just want to make sure where is my case Emma live agent told me case still processing in NBC.i am confused now.

@Love singh @sk k its normal sometime’s your local filed office might have too many cases and they are busy. so sometimes uscis send your application to anothere location. if anothere loaction is less busy so dont worry about it is completly normal

@G S the thing is two different agents given me two different answers first agent answer me case was transferred San Antonio field office and today another agent answered me case still in NBC .so confused 😵💫
