they return mine aslo after 4 days I received the receipt latter for my i31 and they saying they are processing my application I ask my lowyer he said that’s fine cz if anything wrong then they return the whole application instead of sending receive latter so I guess all good

USCIS stopped receiving money orders/checks as mode of payments. you now have to pay with a credit card or debit card. see the updates on how to file.

it could get rejected. ACH or card only and u submit form with it. no more money orders

also mine they returned my paycheck and they said we are received you case is processing now

That form was submitted with an extra remittance that is no required to process your application. Your payment is being returned to you with this notice. No additional action by you is required at this time I got this notice first then they send me received latter after 4 days saying it’s on process I’m also confused is they will reject after years or something?

When I applied my form I-131 last year, USCIS returned my check as well, however, they processed it, and last month they approved my RTD. But, now I know they change the payment policy, so your situation but different than mine.

They are not collecting money until you're approved. When you're approved they gonna advised you to pay.

The reason why I found out is because there is a question on the application that asks “do you now hold refugee status….” you guys must have selected YES, because refugees do not pay so the intake processed the application as refugee and not asylum, which is why it’s 0. eventually USCIS will send an RFE for the payment.
