Finally approved. I had to submit a case inquiry a month ago, and also my local Congressman's office started an inquiry just yesterday night. And today morning the case was approved.
After becoming current, I was waiting for 6 months. The case status showed that my case was pending, as a visa number was unavailable. This is why we decided to submit a case inquiry. And that might have helped.

@Nithin S when did you send RFE? what status shows for you now? dates may retrograde next month so I am hoping they pick up the case this month

I sent in my resolve for RFE around Nov 4 2025, and by Nov 17 they had updated the case saying they received the RFE, and my case is pending because a visa number is not yet available.

while submitting congressman enquiry, do you submit for all applicants or only primary applicant?
