Anyone with SIJ approved in 2026 received Deferred Action?
Hi everyone,
Has anyone with an approved SIJ case in 2026 received Deferred Action recently? If so, could you share when your SIJ was approved and how long it took to receive Deferred Action?

those who are getting approval before June 6-2025,I saw a lot of people are getting deffered action right now(after Feb 2026)..but those who are getting approval after June 6 ,I don't see anyone who got deffered action...but there have a court decision pending about our deffered action..soon the court will give the final decision about our deffered action..hope everything will be fine

same no deffered action for me I applied in December 15th 2025 and did biometrics on march but is still showing as case is still being processed by uscis
