Any approvals?
Has anyone from one of the 75 restricted countries received an EB-2 NIW I-140 approval recently?
If yes, could you please share:
- Country of chargeability
- Premium or regular processing
- Filing date
- Approval date
I'm trying to see whether the recent restrictions are having any impact on EB-2 NIW I-140 adjudications.
