Estoy esperando que me asignen fecha para que me vuelvan a tomar los biométricos y aún no tengo respuesta solo se que mi caso de National benefit center fue trasladado a Potomac y que un oficial de nivel 2 ( no se que significa) puede llamarme o mandarme un email alguien pasó por un caso parecido y cuanto tardaron en darle una nueva cita desde ya muchas gracias
Partially Banned Countries
it seems vawa cases from the 75 countries either partially banned or fully banned are paused. I reached out to my congressman and was told the cases are banned by the policy and there’s nothing they can do but will keep monitoring & let me know. I’m trying to be realistic we might have to wait till 2029 after this administration is over. I don’t want to keep checking the app and hoping for what is not there. Anyone in the Same situation. I’m only thankful I have my ead/ap till 2029. Hopefully a republican doesn’t win the next presidency.
