my first PF expired Feb 2026, called USCIS in May to inquire about any missing mail & they said “an extension letter” was mailed in Jan 2026 but I never received it so they put in service request for me. PFs easily get lost sometimes so call with 360 receipt number or A number & ask if any mail has been sent for you recently

do you use PF for your benefits? if not no idea why you are so worried about that.

@Esther Ann Yes!! 800-375-5283 call & say infopass to the AI person, then give your i360 receipt number. When a REAL person comes on the phone & ask for receipt number or A number, GIVE YOUR A-number & answer the security questions. THEN ask if any mail has been sent to you recently.

I'm on the same situation my PF expired and I haven't get my new one yet I called uscis yesterday and they said they couldn't give that much info over the phone but to be patient and wait because the couldn't see that my pf was updated. please let me know what they say to you, thank you

You can get any missing documents from your congressman. Have them contact USCIS and they will send it through email, don't have to wait for postal service.

@Flower 🌷 I don’t use it for for any benefits, but it’s a good sign if you keep getting the renewal in the mail. Cause I haven’t received any update on my case yet

mine 4th prima facie letter expired may 20th and I haven't received another. just patiently waiting . praying I get my final notice of approval 🙏

I have received another one today . I don’t know what benefits we can get . but my case is almost over 39 months

@Esther Ann It’s the last thing you should worry about that if you don’t use PF doesn’t guarantee anything. a lot of people had PFs and got denied.
