PD and i140 (RoW)
What should I do if my priority date becomes current but my I-140 is not yet approved? I’m worried because my priority date is February 2025 and there is still no result yet. EB-3 ROW is currently at June 2024, which means I am only about 8 months behind.

I am also Eb3 ROW and my I-140 is still not approved under regular processing. My priority date(April 2024) is current at this moment. I don't know what to do. My lawyer has sent several request to USCIS (that's what I was told) but still nothing yet.

you definitely fill. that was my case in April with other coworkers and the lawyers filled for i485, EAD, travel doc.
again please do not delay this. go do your medical already it is the longest part.
if you’re from the banned countries that’s probably why you’re not getting final decision yet

concurrent filing is a good move while waiting for your I140 approval. it will definitely save time.

Yes I'm from one of the banned countries, I was told it wouldn't affect the process. But I also think that may be the reason, because others has gotten theirs.

I am also a EB3 and my I-140 was approved in 5 days. My priority date is current (June 2024)

Feb 2025 priority date is very far. u will get i140 approved in few weeks or month. don't worry
