hello folk, How safe is traveling with advance parole document? any recent experience? I plan to travel while my I-485 form status is pending. I already use my student based-EAD for work. if I leave US, I would loss my current EAD, right? I have another EAD (I-485 based) untouched, in hand. wish me luck. been out of status since 2016, got my i-130 approved last year and my tps approved this year, 6 months ago. Hello Goodnight. I need help because 352 days ago today I submitted my petition i-130 category f1. my form is located in downtown potomac I would like to know how long my request is taking. I already had an IR-2 category green card but I stayed out of the country for more than a year due to medical problems and I had to start a new petition. I still have a valid green card. #i130
