Uploading Unsolicited Evidence for i-130

Hi all, I think I did not upload enough bona fide evidence with my i-130 form, and I want to upload some more documents in the "unsolicited evidence" section. But I have read that this could reset my place in line, so my case could be delayed. Is this true? #i-130 #evidence #unsolicited #texasservicecenter

According to my lawyers they submitted an expedite request on August 23 2021, however I haven’t received any information from Uscis no updates nothing. Is this normal?

it has been almost 3 months since the wavier was sent off and I still haven’t received anything from them saying that they received it with the receipt or with my husband case number so I can track his case this is just so frustrating

Has anyone ever been scheduled for an interview without RFE. So my case was transferred to our local office on 2nd August and today I received this notice that my case has been scheduled for an interview without asking for RFE? Will I go for interview without RFE/MEDICAL exam or? Am all confused!!

I keep questioning myself if we have properly filed everything. Is the beneficiary passport needed when filing I-130 spouse? The form only asks for the passport number if the beneficiary is in the US? Is it worth uploading a copy anyway?

O1 visa an option if i485 denied?

Can O1 be an option to continue working (if employer sponsors), if i485 is denied? If I understood right, using EAD of i485 and i485 denial = one being out of status. If O1 visa is granted, does one need to go back and get it stamped for its validity??

Dallas filers: Processing times pushed back by few months

I just happen to check processing times for N400 for Dallas FO. It is now 20.5 months, before it was 16.5 months. This also means case inquiry dates will be pushed back. My n400 interview was completed in Feb 2022, case inquiry date is end of July 2023. Yikes!

Where do i file my I-485 application if i have approved I-130 and i have a pending asylum case in immigration court. Do I file a copy of my 485 application to USCIS and wait for the receipt and send a copy to immigration court? can some one with similar experience help .

Hello everyone! I need some help, please. So my VAWA case is currently on-going. I just started filing for it few months ago. I took a while to file because of finances. Recently, my estranged husband and I started talking again. Its been almost a year since we last spoke and almost 3 years since we have been separated. He hurt me badly but I still love him. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. He seems to have found God and doing much better.
