someone should explain this to me
I called the live agant and she told me, the normal processing time for my case is between 16 months to 41 months I really do not understand after a year of interview…. does it means that my case is not going to be approved? I don’t really get it someone should just put me through because it is taking too long can’t wait any more to get approval.

I-485 interview. Reno field office.
Hello guys. So my interview was recently scheduled at the Reno field office for April 11. However, we had to reschedule because of our lawyer will be out of town and my wife had nursing school midterms. The lawyer sent them a reschedule request around the last week of March and attached her intenary with my wife class schedule on there. she requested they reschedule it after my wife is done with classes on May 13. They canceled the interview and put it on case ready to be scheduled for an interview again on 30th of March. Surprisenly, they rescheduled the interview again on April 6th and i just found out it will be on May 10. The problem with this date is that my wife has nursing school finals and she can only be excused if she has a doctors report. What do you guys suggest we do? Reschedule again? Anybody on this forum
that has been to nursing school should, should please chime in. We are just confused about this.

EAS card / Greencard. work for anyone??
I recently got my EAD card (yah), but I am doing my OPT right now using my OPT EAD card. So, right now I have 2 EAD cards. Am I suppose to give up my OPT one and instead, using the greencard (EAD) one?? Does this mean I could work for anyone I want? As many jobs as I want? Should I let my HR know so they can update it? On the notice letter, it say: “If you have a pending I-140/I-485, you may request to change employers if your I-185 has been pending for at least 180 days. And need to submit job offers”. If my employer updates my infor using my new EAD card, does it mean I need to submit my offer to USCIS? I am super confused.
