it’s additional evidence needed in order for them to schedule your interview. I only see employment based green cards for professionals get their interviews waived. For marriage based 485, you need an interview. if you get a 2 year green card (for marriages under 2 years) they might waive the 10 year green card interview later on

I think its 50/50. Ive seen people from reddit in your situation who’s interview got waived while others received interview notice instead

@waiting patiently they are waiving some marriage based interviews, my sisters own was waived 2 months ago. she already got her green card,

was it for 751 or 485 green card related? I know sometimes if the green card holder gets a conditional green card outside the US without interview but they make them come in for the 751 interview

nah adjustment of status and she got the conditional green card. her field office in Orlando Florida waived her interview, Orlando has been waiving a lot of interviews. check on here yesterday two peoples interviews were waived

@giftency545 love, did your sister receive any Rfe to make a final decision on her I-485? My field office is also Orlando and I received an rfe to provide I-693. just was wondering how many days after the field office receives Rfe they make decision on the I-485

Orlando Fl and I was sent rfe for medical as well usps delivered 2/25 no update on uscis as receiving it thinking of resending

@fm Acosta yes and once she sent it, they approved her case in less than a month

I am an Orlando Florida as well, my PD is August 5th 2021 I recieved my EAD in February. most of the documents they're requesting was already sent, now they also request for the medical to be send to them, we have until June but I will send everything next week.

any updates?

@J J the RFE was sent to us March 10th, we responded end of April, they updated the system "May 9th response for evidence was received" nothing yet since. But I have EAD and AP so I am quiet happy with that my God is an on time God so I will wait on him.
