i got my i140 approved for Eb1a and was wondering if the 485 application for aos is prioritized in Employment based applications or are they all treated the same?

how much citation and publication do you have? I had 12 publications and 150 citations when I applied to EB 2 NIW

I had maybe like 3 publications and 100 citations. but i had extensive memberships, patents, judging etc so it wasn’t solely based on citations

Yes me too I did judging for 20 papers As Peer reviewer. I don’t have patents. I wonder if I should have done eb1a premium processing

i just did Premium processing to find out earlier and I could self petition. if I’m not mistaken, you can upgrade your NIW to Premium? I was pretty confident since I met 7/8 requirements pretty extensively so thought premium would be worth it.

I can do premium processing for NIW starting in May or June 2022 this is a new rule so I’m so excited about it. USCIS just released it a month ago

That’s awesome! I definitely recommend upgrading as soon as you have the opportunity// not because of a high/low chance of approval with pp but more so that you just get to know much sooner and not kept in the dark stressing out. Goodluck with the application!
