is this good news or bad news?
Ola OlaApr 7, 2022
it’s good news for some and bad news for people who didn’t send sufficient supporting documents
selcuk hascelikApr 7, 2022
I read and did not understand much hat you think about it
Ola OlaApr 7, 2022
it means they’d waive interviews for i751 and if you get an interview that’s going to have to do with the officer handling your case
selcuk hascelikApr 7, 2022
I guess green card will be given in two-year marriages? 10 years
My time is Coming 😭🥲Apr 7, 2022
this is dumb they will only waive it if they see you sent in enough proof and if they would only approve if your marriage is not a fraud
selcuk hascelikApr 7, 2022
I think it's a good decision, I'm not worried about it
Waiting PatientlyApr 7, 2022
wasn’t this always the case? I’ve seen interviews waived for 751 so many times. I think I’m missing something lol
My time is Coming 😭🥲Apr 7, 2022

@waiting patiently lol

I think that article was mainly for people that did consular processing instead of aos.
Louis MApr 7, 2022
True but less interviews overall means faster processing for everyone
Waiting PatientlyApr 7, 2022
@butter Doll, if you have a joint app and have kids, it should be done asap for sure with no interviews
Muna ChimApr 7, 2022
Great news !! less time spent on people who already have a green card. More time to process those of us still waiting! pls they should hurry up 🙏🏼
O OApr 7, 2022
in my opinion they should eliminate that form altogether, will save a lot of time
