it’s good news for some and bad news for people who didn’t send sufficient supporting documents

I guess green card will be given in two-year marriages? 10 years

this is dumb they will only waive it if they see you sent in enough proof and if they would only approve if your marriage is not a fraud

I think it's a good decision, I'm not worried about it

I think that article was mainly for people that did consular processing instead of aos.

True but less interviews overall means faster processing for everyone

@butter Doll, if you have a joint app and have kids, it should be done asap for sure with no interviews

Great news !! less time spent on people who already have a green card. More time to process those of us still waiting! pls they should hurry up 🙏🏼

in my opinion they should eliminate that form altogether, will save a lot of time
