Hi,
I applied for my i765 on May 20, 2022. 150 days prior to its expiration date. Its been 277 days since I filed it but no status change yet. It’s keep showing “Case was received and an a receipt was sent”
Does anyone know how long it might take to fully approve it? Its my 3rd time filing it.y case is in Nebraska service center. Anyone else facing this long wait?

Work Permit approved after expedite request
Submitted expedite request on Jan 10 on humanitarian basis. Received USCIS acknowledgement on Jan 27, and this morning status was updated to approved! No RFE.

EAD expedite request- treatment for clinical anxiety disorder as a valid medical reason?
My husband and I have been waiting for his EAD for almost 120 days. If he loses his job, he would lose access to health insurance/HSA that can help him pay for doctor visits, therapy, and medications for his newly diagnosed anxiety disorder. I also rely on these things to pay for treatment for my own chronic anxiety and depression.
We can't afford to pay out of pocket (he's our breadwinner; I'm a grad student who makes only about $5k/year). Can these count as valid medical reasons to expedite his EAD/ensure he keeps his job?

no luck with expediting/enquiry
my patience is running thin. RFE response was received for medical. case was actively processing in October. sent two enquiry requests for i765 but no update. I chatted with live agent and they said the system doesn't show my interview was waived. i am not sure what my options are here.
any advise?

Hello, I requested the Expedite for my I765 on November 22. The website updated 10 days ago and stated "Expedite Request Received.". When I spoke with a Live Agent today, they said my case was not assigned to any agent and I would just have to wait. Does anyone else have the same experience and what should I do? To Everyone using lawfully. I see many posts where folks are successful in getting their case expedited but when someone asks how or what was the reason one used they go cold and not answer. Please don’t be this person. Everyone using the app and going through the Life and Times of USCIS knows how hard it is right now.
