EAD expedite request- treatment for clinical anxiety disorder as a valid medical reason?

My husband and I have been waiting for his EAD for almost 120 days. If he loses his job, he would lose access to health insurance/HSA that can help him pay for doctor visits, therapy, and medications for his newly diagnosed anxiety disorder. I also rely on these things to pay for treatment for my own chronic anxiety and depression. We can't afford to pay out of pocket (he's our breadwinner; I'm a grad student who makes only about $5k/year). Can these count as valid medical reasons to expedite his EAD/ensure he keeps his job? no luck with expediting/enquiry

my patience is running thin. RFE response was received for medical. case was actively processing in October. sent two enquiry requests for i765 but no update. I-765 Expedited No Email No Update

Hello, I requested the Expedite for my I765 on November 22. The website updated 10 days ago and stated "Expedite Request Received.". When I spoke with a Live Agent today, they said my case was not assigned to any agent and I would just have to wait. Does anyone else have the same experience and what should I do? question about filing form i765 for OPT with pending marriage I485 and I765

I am under F1 status currently. I have already filed marriage-based I485 and I765 and they are pending. But I received a job offer and want to start working ASAP, so I apply for OPT. There is this question 12 on the I765 form: "have you previously filed form I765?" Should I answer 'yes' here and explain my marriage-based pending I765 in the attachment? Based on previous posts it seems applying for OPT is feasible under this case, but I am not sure how to correctly fill OPT I765 without affecting my pending I485 application. #I485 #marriage #OPT #I765
