What is an average timeliness for VAWA? 42.5 months = 1292 days, and I am 1283 days. Based on USCIS processing time for submitting an enquiry is January 14, 2026. Do you think, will my case be reviewed before then? I suffered enough, is there any way I can leave to my home country and process this case from there? Please advise, thanks.
