my case 1765 (renewal EAD), was 2 months for (estimated process time) for long time then I requested to expidite the application, then today I found out its a 1 week process time,its a good thing?

AOS approved in 120 days

Here is my timeline! Married to a USC, was here in a tourist visa and applied for I-130 online and the other forms on paper. We got delayed 2 weeks because the credit card denied the payment for fraud, so had to wait for them to send back the package and resend it with a check. Even with the delay, case was approved in 120 days if you count from filing the I-130 online, and 106 days from the time they actually got the package after the credit card problem. I received the EAD in 60 days with no travel permit. #AOS #I130 #I485 #I765

H4 COS + H4 EAD processing timeline

Hello, we applied for H4 COS + EAD in July 2023 with start date of January 2023. However H4 got approved in July and EAD is still pending. Our application is in Texas Service center and when I track applications in similar block as mine, I see applications which were received after my submission were approved. On USCIS website they mention that they process applications the order in which they are received. Looks like it is not the case. Any thoughts on this? #I765

Reschedule Biometrics

Hi Guys, I'm wondering if it will make a difference if I go walk in to the local field office to do my biometrics ahead of time? Will it speed up my EAD application by any chance if I get an earlier biometrics appointment? #I765 #K1AOS

while I am waiting on a response for my i485. this morning when I logged in my i765 & i131 progress tab changed from taking longer than expected to “2 months” on both. does this mean I won’t be hearing back on my i485 for the next 2 months as well? my rfe received by uscis will be 60 days on 10/29. did anyone have months listed in the progress tab and still got approved for i485? #i485 #i765 #rfe #60days #progresstab

although I am waiting for approval on my i485. yesterday when I logged in, under my i765 “my progress” tab it showed time remaining “1 week” for the first time ever. Then when I logged in today, that changed back to taking longer than expected. this made my hopes go back down 😔 #i485 #i765 #myprogress #1week
