March 20, 2024Asylum was #granted. released from the border detention center., , Did not hire a lawyer, asylum approved. #DIY submitted #i765 #A05. Received a receipt on April 20, but no updates since August, just stopped receiving applications. Although I have legal status, why can't I still work? The company only needs EAD and SSN, both are indispensable.

I renewed i765 and i131 on January 2024. My EAD card was approved after 20 days. But my i131 got approved today. I hope my green card will be produced asap.

EAD approved, how soon to expect GC?

Hello good people, my EB2 - i140 based i1485 was filed on October 31st, Biometric done one December 4 and no update since then until today. EAD updated to New Card Is Being Produced today for both my wife and me. i131 (Advanced Parole) is still pending - I done really care about that one - all I care about is the GC. My case block is MSC249014. Please for those who went through this route, please how long after EAD update to new card is being produced did you get your GC approved.
