I submitted the i360 in January 2022. I just received a request for evidence two days ago. Has anyone else had the same experience or is experiencing it? I don't know what USCIS is asking for. My lawyer isn't telling me anything.

The USCIS request for evidence will include everything they are requesting. However, get ready to submit every evidence of abuse, bank statement, joint rental agreement and bills that you think can convince USCIS to approve your case.

@Allon God, but we submit all those documents when we file our case, then why they ask same things to submit again ?

yes. I’m January 18, 2022 and I just got my second RFE for good moral character.

@cesar garcia RFE letter usually takes about a week to arrive by mail. Wait for it. Have you ever received an RFE before?

@yark Sher, the same thing happened to me and I just reminded them that those evidence were submitted and that's all you have. My I-360 was approved and I-485 pending.
