@GC 2024, just wondering why those initial evidence came so late. Typically, people get it couple of weeks after the I485 is received. I just received RFIE for birth certificate after 5 months (we have similar receipt date). It came from KS.....but I think it is also an NBC. What do you think?

it depends with USCIS everything and anything can happen. the good thing was we got the RFE from non local field office that meant someone viewed our petition and was ready to provide a decision after receiving additional details

@GC 2024 how did u figure out tht your case is transferred to non-local office?? whenever I try to connect with Emma and ask for status update I receive message that check status online. wondering if there an alternative option or frame questions differently?

@Joe joe : Emma then click on”chat with agent” do the receipt number and name verification once done you get connected to a live agent , ask is my case with NBC or transfered to field office, if yes, which one
