yes ,but you now have to make an appointment to get your social .So the permit doesn’t make sense unless you have a social to start working.

now according to new policy june 6 25 as now no longer deffered action and employment authorization so can you tell me will i get my EAD based on SIJS deffered action approval when i already filed it in march ???

they say im not sure because its the new policy change that occurred that's why i say to others that if they have more experience attorney so just ask them

@yogesh garg if u already granted deferred action you will get a work permit because it's written on the new policy that if you already granted deferred action your status remain retained.

is anybody got approval for EAD in SIJ application after apply with deferred action.

mine sij work permit still pending and its 261 days

they said they received my petition since 8 months and then they said, they are reviewing my petition since 25 days ago
