AOS approved in 120 days
Here is my timeline!
Married to a USC, was here in a tourist visa and applied for I-130 online and the other forms on paper.
We got delayed 2 weeks because the credit card denied the payment for fraud, so had to wait for them to send back the package and resend it with a check. Even with the delay, case was approved in 120 days if you count from filing the I-130 online, and 106 days from the time they actually got the package after the credit card problem.
I received the EAD in 60 days with no travel permit.

@Carol pl did you receive a notice for i485 approval as well? or it just says your green card is being printed

@yen holg @Clare M i sent only the basics, photos from the relationship month by month with lots of friends, family and trips; copy of plane tickets visiting one another and also traveling together; three letters (from a neighbor, his parents and a friend); letter from health insurance showing he added me as a dependent; receipts from the engagement ring, our wedding bands and my wedding dress; copy of save the dates and invitations to the wedding; letters from friends sent to us in the same address; i think that was it. We didn’t have a joint bank account or other proof.

@yen holg my i-130 went to “being actively reviewed” three times. First was 11/28 right after i received account access, then again 2/3 after my EAD was approved and again 2/23 with approval notice the same day.
