@d s @tired from waitingg @j da Silva @Endless Battle Hi, may i ask you guys what did you do while waiting? when you wait you just don’t pray, it needs action, you have to inquire USCIS, we have also options for Ombudsman or Congressman, or Senators of the state you’re in. That’s what i did that’s why it helps my case from pending to approval of my vawa, you have to take action guys and see the results

asking help to the ombudsma,congress or senators are free no payment and they will help you

Thanks for the advice @Ms.Happy Sabbath :). You are much better than my attorney! I was assuming that, we submitting a request only when the processing time is completed. Which is this 22nd of this month, and USCIS processing time on the website is saying don't submit an enquiry before January 14, 2022. I'll try to reach out my congressman.

@Ms.Happy Sabbath :) well unfortunately inquiry from one of them is enough other onces will get same respond I did inquiry and says background check so i am not gonna bother again I am just working in good job making saving money will use advance parole in new year to home and keep waiting whenever they feel like it im okay lol

@Endless Battle if the website says dont reach out before January 14 2026 then dont do any inquiry cuz you wont probably get answer other than you are in processing time so

@Endless Battle I try to expedite my case last month,like you know I’m 22 feb 2022 same day like you,they told me is nothing I can do! I can reach them out after 12 January 2026 not before !

Nov 2020 and still waiting, contacted senator once and congressman 2ce, make inquiries like every 3months by calling and submitting service request but still hoping for good news

I’m a VAWA applicant and still waiting on my case too, if I can protect myself and my family regardless of what happens in the U.S, I will be safe and will continue having cash flow. Tapping into the financial world have opened my eyes and nobody is even talking about this.

@Endless Battle yes please try to reach out to the congressman, coz when my atty didn’t do anything i call the congresswoman here and they gave me steps on how they can help me then after i send it to them my all inquiries they reach out uscis for me just try it nothing will lose 🙌🙏
