EB2 ROW Cross-Chargeability
Hello!
I applied for I-485 AOS through Cross Chargeable through my Spuse’s Country of Birth (South Africa)
USCIS sent Application Receipt on August 5.
On Aug 13, my Spouse received RFE Notification for I-485 Application. Meanwhile, my I-485, I-765 and I-131 are all in Application Received Status.
I have two questions:
1. Will I have to wait for RFE to be Resolved for Me and My Spouse to get a Biometrics Appointment or is it something that happens in parallel while RFE is being processed?
2. Any idea what RFE Notice would be for? We sent our Marriage Certificates and Birth Certificates with the Application.

Two weeks ago, my wife received a biometrics appointment letter for her I-765 application. However, I am the primary applicant and have not received any biometrics appointment notice for my I-765. I asked Emma about this, and they said there is no appointment scheduled for me at this time.
