Best fucking /Christmas Ever!! 💚

I was notified at 4pm but with the news I quickly started calling all my family, friends and everyone who has been with me in this long process, but I would never forget you guys who were also with me here after 2 years 9 months and 18 days I was finally approved. I responded to an RFE for medical exams, because the ones I sent with my initial package in 2022 expired and USCIS asked me to take new exams, which were received on December 2. USCIS notified me that they were received that same day and then 5 days later last Saturday, December 7, my case was updated to Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS, soon since it was only my medical exams and I have already been waiting for 33 months. I have had a long process. B1/B2 married to the US citizen when should I wait? I just hope that this does not take months and months just to review the medical exams But in the end it was not like that. I already have my approval and I also have the 10-year approval PDF. #I485 #Inmigration #USCIS #RFE #Medical #AOS #Timeline #Bless #God

RFE notice before completing biometrics appointment (I485)

Hi, To give color to the situation, I submiited my I485 in 2022 as I am an eb5 investor. Havent heard anything from them since last week. My I526 got approved in 2022, right before I submitted my I485. I received a biometrics letter yesterday saying my appointment will be in 2 weeks from now. Today, I receieved a recieved a rfe notice which I think is odd since I havent completed my biometrics appointment. Is this normal? or is this a good sign things are finally moving? #eb5 #i485
