finally RFE Requested

#rfe #i485 after no movement for 50 days I got an email that they sent the RFE request. I don’t know what it is yet. I am assuming medical? since the original expired since 2021. any ideas ? how long after submission will I have an answer?

RFE notice before completing biometrics appointment (I485)

Hi, To give color to the situation, I submiited my I485 in 2022 as I am an eb5 investor. Havent heard anything from them since last week. My I526 got approved in 2022, right before I submitted my I485. I received a biometrics letter yesterday saying my appointment will be in 2 weeks from now. Today, I receieved a recieved a rfe notice which I think is odd since I havent completed my biometrics appointment. Is this normal? or is this a good sign things are finally moving? #eb5 #i485
