My #i140 EB2 NIW has been approved 🥳
- I filed concurrently in May
- Upgraded to premium processing when it became available on July 1st
- i140 was approved on July 11th
I still have to wait for my #i131 #i765 and eventually #i485 but it’s still a huge weight off of my shoulders.
Any idea if it will accelerate my other filings or if it’s totally unrelated?

EB2 NIW 140 RFE experiences
I received my #EB2-NIW #I140 #RFE from NSC on Apr. 27th after almost 400 days of waiting. My RFE is asking requesting evidences from recommendation letter to job offer and challenged all my prongs.
Now I am about to submit the response very soon. I'd like to know if anyone who has filed I140 RFE before can share their story and timeline. Thanks!

I see most I140s filed in June 2021 are approved. Mine is still pending, and see a few from the first week of June that are still pending. Wonder what logic USCIS is using to select cases for adjudication.

First thing is first, I just got my EAD and AP combo card mailed to me 🥳🎉. that was a long waited (more than 420days) - I hope this will encourage someoneto not lose hope!
Next, I wanted to check the confusing status of my I-140. This app shows as it reached decision since April, 2021. But the status title is "Document was mailed to me" ...
is this normal? is/was anyone in the same situation? Wondering if it is just the title not updated properly by USCIS?
My employer don't have the approval notice and reached out to the attorney representing the case.

Hello! I filed concurrently I-140 and I-485 on 02/06/2020. My I-140 got approved on 04/05/2021. I am based in Texas. Does anyone know how long does it take for the I-485 to get approved after they already approved the I-140?

I-140 approved but NO UPDATE in website
has this happened to anyone? i got so anxious because my employer/sponsor said it was approved but in the website there’s no update.
if anyone has the same situation and needs a copy of I-140 (in this case only the sponsor has the copy) for job porting or whatever, request a document through FOIA in USCIS. it took me 3weeks to get the copy from email. #i140 #foia
