Hi guys, I got 140 RFE and submitted on September 15th but thereis no any status update. 😂😂😂 I can see the mail tracker showed delivered. Is everyone in the same situation? Will USCIS not update the received status all the time and give you the result directly?#I140 #REF

H1B Cap exempt eligibility
Hi all,
I was in United States as an H1B Holder from 2015 till Aug 2020. my H1B expiration date was 04/10/2020 however due to covid was in peak and there were no flights in operations I had to stay. Now to remain legal in US my attorney filled I-539 (change of status / B2 ) and I over stayed till August 26th 2020 ( starting 08-april-2020 I applied leave without pay till the date of flight meaning i didnt work for any day post H1B expire actually even 2 days before expiry) and as soon I got flight i came back to my home county. After reaching in my home county I got notification to appear for biometric for B2 which offcourse I couldn't attend and I asked my attorney to withdraw my B2 as I was not in US. Later I got rejection notice being absent for biometric even though B2 withdrawal was already done.
Now today my I-140 is approved. but i am worried will there be any issue filling cap exempt extension on my H1B? I’m having a hard time with my original employer. they got 2 rfe on the i140 and they are not going to respond cuz they can’t provide the documents uscis are asking. I sent my i485 in December 2021 and my i140 as well (concurrent). The question is… I have a similar job eligible to get my case and continue my process i140 and i485, but my i140 still pending with rfe… Can I still send the AC21 and do the job portability ?! and the new job keep my case?! please if someone got the same problem or know someone that got that with success pls tell me, cuz I’m so sad that is happening… I can’t believe it 😭#i140 #aos #i485

how long does it take to get green card after EAD + AP combo card?
hi all,
I submitted my application for I140 NIW in October. I submitted I485 in December. I just received my EAD + AP combo card. I am wondering approximately how long it will take the get my green card. Any data would be appreciated.
My i140 is at Nebraska, i485 is at NBC (potentially San Jose service center).

My #i140 EB2 NIW has been approved 🥳
- I filed concurrently in May
- Upgraded to premium processing when it became available on July 1st
- i140 was approved on July 11th
I still have to wait for my #i131 #i765 and eventually #i485 but it’s still a huge weight off of my shoulders.
Any idea if it will accelerate my other filings or if it’s totally unrelated?

EB2 NIW 140 RFE experiences
I received my #EB2-NIW #I140 #RFE from NSC on Apr. 27th after almost 400 days of waiting. My RFE is asking requesting evidences from recommendation letter to job offer and challenged all my prongs.

I see most I140s filed in June 2021 are approved. Mine is still pending, and see a few from the first week of June that are still pending. Wonder what logic USCIS is using to select cases for adjudication.
