Will upgrade to PP show on I-140 timeline?

Hello! My lawyer originally submitted my I-140 without premium processing, then my company agreed to upgrade it. When I asked the lawyer when, they said they'd get to it later in the week. Case transfer from NVC to USCIS

Hi All, Does NVC sends email when USCIS starts processing our I-485 based on approved I-140 petition? “corresponde was received and uscis is revewing it” already approved I140 case status suddenly changed. why? system glitch? still working with same employer. no inquiry sent from employer to uscis.

I-140 (NIW) receipt notice delay?

Recently filed I-140 (NIW) petition package. The package was delivered at Dallas Lockbox on 5/23/2023. I haven't received a receipt notice, the check has not been cashed. Emailed Lockbox support about 2 weeks ago, no response. Several Emma chat that ended abruptly by the representative directing me to email lockbox support. I am getting really frustrated... Anyone in the same boat? Should I refile? #receiptnotice #I140 #NIW
