is L1A extension required, with pending i485 decision and approved i140 & EAD ?
Do we need to file L1A extension while i485 is pending and i140 & EAD are already approved ? Please let me know.. #I140 #I485 #EAD #L1A_Extension #EB1C

it is just safer to have NIV while i-485 is pending.
