Was there any kind of status change after the premium processing was filed? My status changed to Name updated and then again to case received and receipt notice sent on 09/01.

hi Harsha .. there was no status change after it was filed ..

premium processing is max 14 calendar days unless you got rfe. i think something is wrong. try to reach out. we did premium as well and got rfe. it was approved in 2 days after we sent our rfe.

thanks Eda.. yes the attorney sent 3 mails on 15th day , 20th day and 25th day .. All time Attorney got the Email response from USICS stating they will look into the case .. Not sure if application is lost and need to submit a separate application

just checking if anybody in the same boat like me with more than a month with no status change with i140 premium processing with Texas center..

Jeevan mine was filed 09/01 and it was approved today.

hi Harsha, did you have your status changed on portal while it was processing for premium or when did fee got deducted from your bank account?

I have applied for PP on 9/14. still no update nor fee got deducted from my account

yes the amount got deducted and case status updated to premium.. But till today no response.. what I see on site - August 11, 2021 We received your request for premium-processing of your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, and mailed you a receipt notice.

thanks for confirming. mine didn’t change status to premium. it’s already over 15 days from packet of premium delivered to uscis. I think 15 days clock start from date the status is changed to premium.
