Any 2021 I-140 approvals from Nebraska (NSC)?
Hi, My application (EB 1B) was submitted on May 21, 2021. Wondering if anyone has received approval recently for similar PD? Thanks #i140 #nebraska #eb1b #eb12

you should consider paying for premium processing. it’s expensive, but they answer within days

@ Roman: I have also heard similar experience from others. If officers need more time to process premium cases, they just send out RFEs to get more time.

@Diya walsi I have one more question. did you also efile your EB1B so that you could track it online ? I didn’t. I know in my case they will send the approval letter to attorney office. so i was wondering do they update the status online right away in my case since I can only check track the I-140 on their webpage or I will have to wait to hear from attorney? I have been seeing people with PD of March 2021 approved but I don’t see any update here. thanks

@s K. thank u. mine is EB3-2. At first, i saw update in lawfully, it was showing ‘name was updated’. after 2 days,I got email from my attorney and then i checked in lawfully.

@s k , one of my friends from same date (jan 21) was approved 2 weeks before than mine. I understand its quite depressing to wait this long but hopefully yours will be approved very soon.
