Tried contacting officer via phone, been told EADs are taking about a year despite in the website says 4 - 9.5 months (as of today). What’s the right expectation? #EAD #I-765 #Nebraska

I have my tier 2 agent call scheduled for tomorrow. I believe the tier 2 agent has direct access to the cases.
Can they tell you how much longer you have to wait for your case to be processed?
Can they check the status of the expedite requests submitted through congressman/ senator?
Any recommendations from your experience with tier 2 agents

I 765-Multiple Expedite Requests Experience
Hi guys!
Have you raised multiple expedite requests? Please share your experience.
I raised one last month and got denied without asking for proof based on personal financial loss.
Reached out to congressman and Senator and sent all the documentation 1 week ago. Now based on personal and company financial loss.
Congressman replied next day and confirmed they submitted to USCIS.
Senator didn’t reply until yesterday confirming they also submitted an ER.
My EAD expires next week. At this point I’m trying all the available tools.
When I call USCIS they can’t see the status of the congressman ER.
Should I call USCIS again and submit another ER? or would that hurt my case?

Hi folks,
I have a pending asylum case. my EAD has expired last September and the auto extension is going to expire in March 2022.
My I-765 is still not being processed by Nebraska center.
Do you guys think I will get the renewal EAD card before March? I am not allowed to expedite at this point it seems.
what I can do if I don’t get it before the expiration date?

Finally and after 3 expedite requests, I got my EAD/AP approved from LIN (LIN2190)
Priority Date; 14/04/2020
Filling date: 10/30/2020
1st expedite request on 09/22/2021, denied
2nd expedite request on 12/22/2021, denied
3rd expedite request on 12/29/2021 (through state senator) approved
all ER due to severe personal financial loss

1/7/22 - Sent Job Offer letter to Congressman’s office.
1/18/22 - Received email from Congressman regarding USCIS message: “Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter. This case will be routed for expedited processing. Once this case is reviewed, your constituent will receive a decision or notice of further action.”
1/19/22 - Card is being produced 🎉
