EAD card received but no Advance Parole
I just got my EAD card but It says “Not valid for reentry to U.S.” and I don’t know what to do. My I-131 Travel document was approved months ago, and I thought it would come as a combo with the employment authorization card. Did that happened to anyone else??
I already tried to call USCIS, but it’s impossible to speak to a real person.

SSN AFTER GETTING EAD (marriage based-AOS)
hey guys! For those who already applied for EAD for the 1st time through marriage AOS and are waiting for that ead to get to your mail to finally be able to work legally in this country, take into account that you also need a social security number that might or might not come along after a couple of days or weeks by itself after receiving ead, mine didn't (but it is supposed to as you request it on form I-765) so I went ahead and applied for it at the ss field office. (you have to call the toll free and make an appointment to walk in, you can'tjust just show up).
I needed it as I got a job no less than 5 days after the ead was in my hand. Employers give you 90 days by law to come up with that ssn. I got my ssn finally in my mail today. It took 2 more weeks so please take that into account as well. Check down below for timeline and ssn processing time. Good luck everyone and God bless you all! #ssn #ead #processingtime #work #marriagebased #aos #Jacksonville #Florida

Still waiting for my aos interview. Status says my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview since 09/14 but I have a job now and I can file taxes using ssn and it's going well now that I'm able to wor legally.

SSN AFTER RECEIVING EAD
just wanted to let u all know people what I'm up to:
Finally received my ead on Nov 24th but unfortunately we still have to wait for ssn which I haven't received up to today Dec 8th. it's been more than 7 business days so I just got a hold of the ssn field office and schedule an appointment ( I have been trying the whole week and finally got a human being to take my call) I got a job and they require it in the paperwork. The person that made the appointment on phone for me said that It's never gonna get to my mail if I dont apply for it but that's not true bc I know people from here that have got ssn in 7 business days or less after receiving EAF and with same timeline. Haven't had the interview or anything yet. I'm waiting for it to be scheduled. That's where I stand as of today guys!

300 Days and Nothing…
10 months later and I am still waiting… I checked case tracker and most of the EAD cases surrounding my number have already been approved. I guess my case is going to be one of the “lucky” cases that don’t get approved within the maximum processing time. This is just so exhausting!

Case expedite Seattle
Did anyone try to expedite their EAD (i-765 process) in Seattle? Do you need to send evidence at the moment you apply or they ask for it later? Has anyone used job offer letter as evidence??
My case is marriage based and I filled through Nbc.

Doubt (help appreciated)
I moved to the US in July 2021 with a tourist visa. My wife and & I committed on December 2019 after 5 years of relationship but we couldn't get married due to covid (she is a US citizen who always lived in Mexico, I am a Mexican doctor)
When we arrived to US we finally got Married in July 30th
We filled the petition here in the US on September 2021 (we arrived on July 20th) I am currently reading something about the 90 day period, does that means I´m gonna have trouble because we filled early or something like that??? any information will be highly appreciated #marriage #petition #application #i130 #i485 #ead #i765
