EAD renewal I-765. Tier 2 agent said my case has been assigned to an officer for adjudication

I called USCIS they read to me the same thing the website says. My case is out of normal processing times already and I directly asked her if it was possible to talk to a tier 2 agent and she set it up for me. Took them around a month to call me back. Some agents are more willing to help than others if the agent you’re talking to is kind, she/he can set it up for you
