send your job offers letter to USCIS to expedite your EAD, it might be helpful

i think your best chance is to get a letter from HR saying that the company needs you immediately to conduct business. you needing a job is not a valid reason. then request to expedite your case. in all cases ymits important that you don’t work until you get the EAD. otherwise your i-485 will probably be denied.

same, have an offer with a start date on March 7th, 22. no sign of ead. uscis received my application on August 3rd. 190 days and still counting…

@Hazal I have the same timeline as you! Did you talk to your employer about what happens if you cant start ok the agreed date? i don't know what I'll say

me neither. All I hope is that until Feb 28th, I will have some good news. if not, I will explain the delays to my employer and ask if we can postpone my start date to April instead of march. If they accept it, great. If not, job hunt will restart… 😞😞

so my congrassman wasn't helping I asked sentor office to either help me or send in a referral to the comrasman to help me with my case. they submitted the expediate req. within a day.

my congrassman is Ro Khanna for San Jose, CA

also I went in person to the congrassman office even thpugh they were closed tey open the door for me and we had a good talk so whatever it takes

like some stated, asked your congressman/woman to help expedite your request. have offer letter or letter from HR explaining why your position is an absolute need to the company. this might warrant an actual expedite. good luck!!!!
