I have a pending VAWA and I765 case however I was told that I can still file a I485 even though my case is not yet approved. *NOTE: I was married to a us citizen but I am recently divorced* does anyone have any idea on how this works and if I can still file my I485 even though my I360 and I765 is not yet approved. *NOTE: I am on my second prima facie and I recently received my biometrics appointment.

What are the other forms important to file?

I have downloaded form i485, form i485A, form i693, form i131, form i765 .
Are they more forms needed?
If yes please state the forms.

hi, I heard that someone got to expedite 131 without having done biometrics before, but expediting 131 will trigger biometrics so you basically get an appointment for bio sooner..
heard a lot of people doing this and I was wondering if it worked. i need to go back to my country because my grandmother is sick :( that’s the reason to expedite

hello everyone. i am on f1 visa doing my bachelor and still have 2.5 years to complete. i have an employer ready to sponsor me for eb3 unskilled category. He already have some employee how got there GC from same company. is it right time and decision for me if i go with it. and how long the process will take can anyone guide me in detail. thanks in advance

Hi guys, My husband (USA citizen ) filed form I-130 for me and my son(18 years old) in September 2020(Texas service centre and me and my son we are living in Canada, not in the USA). My son got his approval already and he is in the NVC stage. But I am still waiting for my approval. Anyone here has a similar situation like my situation?or anyone has any idea how long it takes more time?
