you have to submit that otherwise you will get ref and waste a lot of time for back and forth between USCIS and your additional documents. It may effects the timeline which may lead to the medical examination expired

No you don’t have to fill out another form. Just send to them what they ask.

ok great...jus a little concerned bcz my joint sponsor did submitted everything including an employer letter but didn't submitted any paystubs with it....

but between back and forth you will expect a long case processing time. I submitted the form with a jonit sponsore and he provided everything were asked for and I didn’t get any ref. my case from the submit date to approved is less than 9 months

I did get rfie for a different joint sponsor..however the new joint sponsor submitted everything but didn't remember to include pay stubs....however case updated that they begun working on it again...so am jus waiting to see if they will request it now or if they will tell me to take them at interview like what one person was told.

@H dk....did interview from last September 28,2021.....recieved Green card in hand November 6,2021

@j2020/21...I didn't recieved any more in regards to not submitting paystubs for the sponsor
