expidite request triggers biometric appointment.
my pd is Jan 07, I got RFIE in April also responded in April but i never got biometric. I have been seeing lots of people expiditing there i765 and they getting appointment fir biometric so I thought to give it a try and I got my appointment today…to expidite chat with Emma and when it asks for receipt or A number just put your i765 receipt then after that ask for a live agent, when you get connected to a live agent just tell them you’d like to expidite your work permit and give them reason why you want to expidite…NOTE…don’t ever say anything about biometric.. they will submit an expidite requests and that will trigger the biometric and you can expidite again after biometric cos they will likely deny the request cos you don’t have a biometric on file.
Asylum case pending interview since 2018
My asylum case has been pending interview since October 2018. I came in with F1 then I filed for asylum. I am considering filing for NIW/EB2 with my MBBS degree from a foreign country. My concerns are:
1. Is there a possibility that I can succeed doing this?
2. Is MBBS degree sufficient for filing NIW/EB2?
3. what happens to my asylum case if I apply for NIW/EBT?

I have been reading some of the stories posted on ReddIt and other imigrant fora on social media. I have never seen people so hopeless, undignified and devastated. I thougt that something needs to be done and this cannot continue...
I wonder what would be the effect of voicing our mega concerns on Twitter and Facebook with one uniform hashtag #uscisSOS and by tagging respective federal government and legislator handles/accounts? What will happen when the hashtags and keywirds get trending? Would USCIS finally start actively auditing, acting and holding the wrongdoers accountable? If DHS/USCIS Ombudsman is overloaded why don't we become our own Ombudsman and do not act in isolation. We are not alone and should not act alone and start uniting to help each other.
A phone number for the USCIS
Hello I am trying to find out if there is a phone number that I can call to check on my case? We were told by the attorney that they had 60 days to approve or reject the application and when we called at the 60 day mark they said oh no sorry it’s not been taken care of you can call us back in 30 days.
The employees really had no knowledge of what she was saying. please forward number if you can. thank you.
