confused right time or not

hello everyone. i am on f1 visa doing my bachelor and still have 2.5 years to complete. i have an employer ready to sponsor me for eb3 unskilled category. He already have some employee how got there GC from same company. is it right time and decision for me if i go with it. and how long the process will take can anyone guide me in detail. thanks in advance edited:. i am from Pakistan and visa bulletin is current for my country. should i go with my employer how have small businesses like gas stations and hotels and have sponsor before. or BDV solution? does anyone have experience with BDV solution?

I need advise on what stage I should add my husband’s name to mine . my EAD is out with my names , like the ones in the passport. if I change to my husband’s name , will it create confusion and when do I do the change .

My case been approved 16 days ago and I didn’t get the welcome letter from the NVC yet. Some people got it after 4 or 3 days after approval! Do i have to call or can i check in any website?? thank you

Hi guys, My husband (USA citizen ) filed form I-130 for me and my son(18 years old) in September 2020(Texas service centre and me and my son we are living in Canada, not in the USA). My son got his approval already and he is in the NVC stage. But I am still waiting for my approval. Anyone here has a similar situation like my situation?or anyone has any idea how long it takes more time? Thanks in advance!

so today we recieved the rfe in the mail they are just requesting my parents medical to be redone due to it been expired so hoping once we send it we will have their green card approved also one thing the rfe is says to send it to my local office!

expidite request triggers biometric appointment.

my pd is Jan 07, I got RFIE in April also responded in April but i never got biometric. I have been seeing lots of people expiditing there i765 and they getting appointment fir biometric so I thought to give it a try and I got my appointment today…to expidite chat with Emma and when it asks for receipt or A number just put your i765 receipt then after that ask for a live agent, when you get connected to a live agent just tell them you’d like to expidite your work permit and give them reason why you want to expidite…NOTE…don’t ever say anything about biometric.. they will submit an expidite requests and that will trigger the biometric and you can expidite again after biometric cos they will likely deny the request cos you don’t have a biometric on file.

Asylum case pending interview since 2018

My asylum case has been pending interview since October 2018. I came in with F1 then I filed for asylum. I am considering filing for NIW/EB2 with my MBBS degree from a foreign country. My concerns are: 1. Is there a possibility that I can succeed doing this? 2. Is MBBS degree sufficient for filing NIW/EB2? 3. what happens to my asylum case if I apply for NIW/EBT? Thank you

I have been reading some of the stories posted on ReddIt and other imigrant fora on social media. I have never seen people so hopeless, undignified and devastated. I thougt that something needs to be done and this cannot continue... I wonder what would be the effect of voicing our mega concerns on Twitter and Facebook with one uniform hashtag #uscisSOS and by tagging respective federal government and legislator handles/accounts? What will happen when the hashtags and keywirds get trending? Would USCIS finally start actively auditing, acting and holding the wrongdoers accountable? If DHS/USCIS Ombudsman is overloaded why don't we become our own Ombudsman and do not act in isolation. We are not alone and should not act alone and start uniting to help each other.

I have been scheduled for biometrics appointment next week but my passport is expired and don't have a US government issued ID too. Will I be allowed to go in with it? I only have my country of origin unexpired driver's license.

PD 04/26/2021 Case is being actively reviewed 06/23/2021 It then changed to a different date 06/24/2021 (actively reviewed) Should I be worried or is this a good sign? Someone with a similar experience please Help!
