me too i did not receive any notification from nvc I'm still waiting i got approved 21 days ago I'm a US citizen filling for my dad. I don't know what's going on

@sarah. it is depend on you visa type if it family it will faster but work visa it take fir me one month. also you can contact nvc via phone and ask them about your status. my be your email is wrong

Ahmed @ I called yesterday and they send it to a wrong email address, so the lady gave me my invoice and case number and she told me to go online and did my application

now am confused because there is alot of information required and am afraid I will mess it up

I really need someone who have done it before and help me fiiling out the visa application

Also there is no one from Iraq in this app I can ask him about the embassy

@ahmed I have a question for you i just talked to them they told me they did not receive my case yet on that letter uscis send me it said I have to fill form I 824 for application of action and it said to request that we send your petition to national visa center now nvc said they don't have it yet. they said you have to call uscis to know more about that form(I 824) I don't have any website nothing if you know something please help me

i know nothing about i824. my case approved in August then in September they cange my status in uscis to sent to department of state then after two weeks i got welcome letter
