hi i file i130 in october for my spouse .when i check status in online before 2 month it says our case is in Nebraska service centre. but now when i track my case it dont show any service centre .anybody know ? how i know where my case is processing currently now ? when i track at USCIS website now its says like this 👉👉( On October 5, 2020, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number IOE……., and sent you a receipt notice or acceptance notice. EB3 Greencard with a DUI conviction
Did anyone get lucky here with getting a greencard with a DUI conviction? If you have not experienced would you have some information about this? I see a lot of information on websites but I wanted a real feedback from someone here
my DUI does not have any aggravated factors - it happened in 2019
I am on the PERM process now (almost done - acc. to the processing times) but this unfortunate situation keeps concerning me.

My husband filed I130 for my daughter June 2020 she’s outside of the US (Jamaica) got rfe August they also wanted to know my status. we were in the process of filing all my documents. we replied October haven’t heard anything else yet. how do we go about getting it expedited? or what do you guys recommend we do? I have my biometrics appointment later this month.
I-751 Biometric Appointment
I’m traveling and I’m not in the USA.
I have just received a letter informing me that I need to attend a Biometric appointment. Unfortunately I will have to reschedule. Has anyone here already rescheduled biometric scheduling? how to do this?
If I reschedule could it be bad in the process?
