Working on valid i94 post Visa expired

Any one have worked based on I-94 validity, although employment visa already expired? will this have any issue during I-485 approval? Appreciate any inputs / sharing experience. Thanks!

uscis required me to do the medical again

uscis requested sent me a request to do the medical exam and included a small envelope to send them the results back. but it was a tiny envelope and it tore when I tried to fit the medical report in it so I shipped it priority mail instead. i hope this is okay! let me know

Hi guys, Do any of you know how long it takes to get the biometrics appointment? I received an email after expediting my I-765 saying that my information was entered in their system which schedules appointments. PD: 3/1/2021 Im assuming my local office would be Phoenix, AZ.
