good night. My husband is American and filed I-130 for my son December 15th and everytime I check its been saying the same thing "case is currently viewed by USCIS" at the Nebraska service center and they have already processed pass my son's recievied date. can anyone tell me if I'm being impatient or anything?

Hi Guys, pls i need your input on this, I have 2 kids and they are U.S citizen and i want to file for my Spouse but on my 2020 tax returns which i want to use as supporting document only 1 kid is there . Meanwhile, there is a question of household size on the form i-864 how many kids would i declare there 1 or 2 so cofused. Pls advise.
travel parole and work permit incomplete name
hey guys, I've received the working and travel card, but I have 6 names and my name is neither complete or properly abbreviated on the card. is that ok? idk if I trust traveling with that document "incompletr" is there a chance that it would also come wrong on the green card?

Approval Notice and AOS
I received an approval notice i797C for i140 in June. Am planning to AOS. On the direct filing address web site of the USCIS it indicated that i add form I797 to my documents. Is the i796C ok since it contains the same information. I currently don't have the I797 form.
