Can my wife come with our infant baby to the I-485 interview?
Hi,
Has anyone ever went to the I-485 interview with their babies? We have an interview coming up soon and my lawyer said we don’t have to bring our 7 months old daughter to the interview yet we don’t have a babysitter, and the person who can stay with her on that day has an exam. I called USCIS and the lady who picked up didn’t give me a straight answer, she said it will depend on the office we are going to that she doesn’t see where it says that babies ain’t supposed be brought to the interviews.

I file Jan 2020 may case update dec 29 case is ready to be scheduled an interview then Feb 16 same status. I send inquiry on june 18 for outside normal processing time and no response yet.
haven’t received the bio appt
uscis received my i765 form on November 2020 and haven’t got the bio appt yet. is there anyone else like that here ? field office NBC , I’m located in slc , Utah

hi All I filed for asylum for my family since late 2016 and until now I did not hear any update, I try to check my case online but it’s said: next step will be interview.
so my question is: how long did an asylum usually take?
if I file my case in California and still on waiting, can I move to other state?

please I need help if someone has the same situation. My husband came in the US as a visitor, then we met in 2015 when he filed for asylum. in july 2019 we had out first daughter and got married October 2019 and had second daughter in September 2020. we filed for i130 on July 16 2020 before I became citizen and i485 October 2020 after I became citizen. we never cancel his asylum case. now the i130 is 367days and i485 is 270 days still not update.
my question is, should we have filed to cancel the asylum? if we do so now, will it impact the i485? I need some answers please 👏
Is it safe to travel out of the US using advance parole ?
Hello ,
Has anyone travelled out of the US while their i485 is pending ? Did you have issues at the port of entry ? I have an emergency back home and I need to travel as soon as possible . Has anyone traveled abroad this year with advance parole and had no issues coming back into the US ? please narrate your experience .

had our interview yesterday still no updates. everything went well, io was nice, we were one of the last ones for the day. she said she need to review additional documets that we brought and that if she needs anything else from us she will let us know, and that im supposed to get my gc in next 3-4 weeks, after that she explained that thats only for 2 years and everything else.

People,
I just got pulled over and received a ticket, the police said I didn't stop at the STOP SIGN fews blocks behind 🤔 very strange.
My concern is if this ticket might complicate my USCIS case, hurt my record. I wonder bc I heard Trump was trying to apply a condition for do not give the GC for people with not good moral, and this kind of ticket was one of the not good moral action listened.
P.S: I live in New York and I got 2 months ago the drive license for undocumented people.
any thoughts?
